Wasabi Slaw
Description
My own spin on coleslaw, this dressing started its life as the 'Mandarin Coleslaw' found on the back of Publix's ready-to-eat coleslaw mix. A few modifications and tastings later, Wasabi Slaw emerged!
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 c Mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 c Wasabi Horseradish
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 t Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Ground Black Pepper
- 16 oz Coleslaw
Instructions
Combine mayonnaise, wasabi, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Place coleslaw in salad bowl. Toss with dressing until blended thoroughly. Chill before serviing.
